WHAT IS THE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH™ PROGRAMME?

This is a career development programme designed to provide the competencies and the know-hows needed to become, as the title suggests, a professional coach. Aside from coaching and moulding you into becoming a great coach using creative training techniques, this programme also teaches you the BUSINESS of coaching. Unlike the typical coaching courses that are available in the market, the CPC course is a professional development and mentorship programme designed specifically for intended practitioners who want to experience dramatic growth and transformation in their effectiveness as a coach. This programme also provides a very good foundation for anyone who has the desire for personal growth and development in interpersonal communications through coaching, as well as advanced training and professional development in business and Professional Coaching technology.

This programme is for internal and external coaches, executives, managers, trainers, consultants and other professionals.

The Certified Professional Coach™ Programme is a dynamic 12-month Career Development Programme that provides mentorship, training, support system and tools to enable you to become a Professional Coach.

As scholar, you will be going “live” on real coaching assignments. Highly practical and intensive in nature, this programme comprises:

• Part 1A: The Core Skills Programme focusing on the essential skills of effective coaching.
• Part 1B: The Advance Coaching Programme on higher performance coaching for achieving peak performance
• Part 2: The Business Programme imparting the business of coaching
• Part 3: The Mentorship Programme covers on-the-job assignments, personal coaching, evening group coaching sessions, e-support through CPC proprietary e-mentorship portal, class re-attendance and materials support in the form of updates for continuous learning

Upon completion of the CPC course and meeting the standards, scholars will be awarded the status of Certified Professional Coach from the International Professional Managers Association, United Kingdom and will be authorised to use the title CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH. THE FULL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM INCLUDES:

The complete Certified Professional Coach Program™ includes the 3 days NLP coaching skills workshop, 2 days business program and 3 group coaching sessions over a six months period.

The certification is awarded jointly by the International Professional Managers Association (UK) as well as The Institute of Business Coach to those completing the whole program satisfactorily.
